Police Officer David Madonna
Officer Madonna is a lifelong resident of Chester County. He graduated from Kennett High School in 2009 then shortly after attended and graduated from the Delaware County Community College Municipal Police Academy in 2012. In 2016 he graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice
Officer Madonna began his career in law enforcement at Lincoln University as a patrolman. In February of 2018 he began working with the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. In 2018 he received his Active Shooter Response certification from the FBI and in early 2019 he became certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and DUI detection.
When Officer Madonna is not working, he enjoys riding motorcycles, the outdoors, music, working on classic cars, and spending time with his friends and family.
