Officer Boyer grew up in Chester County where he graduated from Avon Grove High School in 2014. He then went on to graduate from West Chester University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. In January 2020, Officer Boyer attended the Delaware County Municipal Police Academy and graduated in July. He then started his policing career at Collingdale Borough Police Department in Delaware County. In November 2020 Officer Boyer became an Officer at the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. In his free time, Officer Boyer enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, and hanging out with friends and family.
