Officer Ford grew up in Chester County and graduated from Unionville High School in 2008. Following High School she attended the Delaware County Police Academy and graduated in 2010 second in her class. From 2010 to 2015 Officer Ford served as a police officer with multiple agencies including Morton Borough, Marcus Hook Borough, Bethel Township, and Westtown East Goshen Regional. 


In 2015 she made the decision to remain home with her newborn. After staying home with her son for several years, Officer Lantz accepted a part-time position with the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department in 2019. In January of 2026, Officer Ford joined the Criminal Investigations division as a Detective. 


In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her son. Officer Ford looks forward to serving the communities of New Garden, West Grove, and Avondale.
