As part of the ongoing effort to connect strategic priorities to the Township budgeting process, an effective best practice conducted in frequent intervals is an unbiased community survey that provides a balanced measurement of the local demographics' perception of Township services, programs, policies, and projects.
At the February 24th, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Township approved the partnership with ETC Institute to develop, implement, and analyze a community survey, utilizing an omnichannel delivery approach (mail, email, web, phone), with bilingual support services.
