About the Park
New Garden Park, approximately 60-acres, is located in Landenberg near the intersection of Route 41 and Newark Road. The playground, 3 miles of paved trails, workout loop, baseball and softball fields, Lyceum Hall, and pavilions can be accessed at 8934 Gap Newport Pike. There is also parking for the soccer fields and nature trails at 299 Starr Road. The park was established in 1997 and has been steadily growing in size and activity ever since. It is a beautiful park to watch the action or just take in the Southern Chester County quiet. Three pavilions, each seating up to 40 - 50 people, may be reserved to house family reunions, parties, and other occasions. Our soccer fields are managed by the White Clay Soccer Club
Our baseball/softball fields are managed by the KAU Little League
Please contact our office if you would like to reserve fields for a quick pick-up game or family event. Field use can be scheduled around the soccer club and little league's practice and game schedules.
