White Clay Point
July 2025 Update
As of July 14, 2025, the site referred to as White Clay Point is under a purchase and sale agreement between the site owner, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and the developer, Stonewall Capital LLC, who has submitted a land development application to the Township for a proposed mixed-use (residential & commercial) site concept.
The concept plan was publicly reviewed during the July 21, 2025, Board of Supervisors meeting, which can be reviewed in the July 2025 Agenda and YouTube Recorded Meeting to learn more about the project and the history of the site.
The White Clay Point development project is subject to ongoing public reviews and concept plan iterations, where the most up-to-date information can be found on the dedicated project website (White Clay Point Project Website).
