February 2020 Update:
Revised sketch plans for the proposed White Clay Point development are available for public viewing. Representatives from JP Morgan will be present at the February 18th, 2020 Board of Supervisors meeting with an updated sketch plan for the White Clay Point project and answers to some of the questions asked at the December 16th, 2019 meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:30PM and public participation is welcomed.

December 2019 Update:
J.P. Morgan Chase has submitted an updated proposal for the White Clay Point development along Route 41. J.P. Morgan Chase presented a proposed sketch plan at the December 16th Board of Supervisors meeting. Interested parties attended with great questions and recommendations to be considered in a formal land development submission. New Garden Township will continue to post project information as it is received.

2018 UPDATE: You may have noticed that the PREIT Property at the White Clay Point site is being occupied. Eastern Shore Pipeline is occupying the site as a staging area for pipeline improvements throughout the Chester County area. They have cleaned up some of the property but there is no proposed development at this time. The timeline for their use is approximately one year. None of the pipeline improvements are taking place in New Garden Township. Please call New Garden Township with any questions or concerns. 610-268-2915
