NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the public meeting and Hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board of New Garden Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 7 p.m., is hereby rescheduled and will now be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 7 p.m., prevailing time, at the Township Building, 299 Starr Road, Landenberg, Pennsylvania, on the Appeal of Chadds Ford Investment Co., for its property located at 600 and 601 Industrial Lane, Avondale, Pennsylvania 19311, identified as Tax Parcel I.D. Nos.: 60-1-1.1 and 60-1-1.1A, located within the Township’s R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District, consisting of approximately 6.5 cumulative acres.
