Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will close Kaolin Road 24/7 in New Garden Township, Chester County, PA and Kennett Township from Monday, July 22nd through Friday, August 2nd for both storm water management repairs and pavement repairs/micro-milling work. Motorists will need to use Ewart and Chandler Mill Roads during the closure period.
