No.: 60-3-127.4, located in the Township’s R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District, consisting of approximately 1.50 acres. Applicant seeks to construct a personal/private storage building on undeveloped property, being approximately 30’ x 40’ in area. Applicant requires and seeks a use variance, from Zoning Ordinance Section 200-18 for the proposed storage building, including any and all additional zoning relief the Zoning Hearing Board may deem necessary.
