Please take notice that the Impact Fee Advisory Committee of New Garden Township shall hold a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended (53 P.A. 10101 et seq.). The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comment concerning the proposed Capital Improvements Plan for the implementation of impact fees for transportation improvements. The hearing will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Building at 299 Starr Road, Landenberg, PA 19350. Copies of the proposed Capital Improvements Plan shall be available for public inspection at least ten working days prior to the public hearing and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof from New Garden Township at the Municipal Building.
