2008 SEASON
NEW this SEASON - Watch for…
Twilight Candle Lantern Tours - You’re invited to spend a relaxing evening learning some of the history
and background of the London Tract Meeting House and its environs within the White Clay Creek Preserve while we explore the area by candle light. At times we’ll be led by a mystery guest speaker. We’ll cover the historic facts, some natural history, and go beyond into the realm of folklore and legends. These tours will be limited to 20-25 people and registration in advance will be required. If you have a scout group or other special interest group, even a family gathering, a Twilight Candle Lantern Tour would be great! Light refreshments afterward. If you are interested call (610) 274-2471 for more details.
Our Neighbors - The Big Brown Bats
We’re beginning this year a study-survey of the big brown bat colony that makes its home at the White Clay Creek Preserve.
