Construction for Phase I has begun in the Township Park. Phase I includes site grading for three athletic fields and amphitheatre areas, park drive access, soccer field installation, 55 space parking lot for athletic fields and future amphitheatre and gardens, walking trails and the storm water detention basins.

Construction plans for Phase II will include site grading for the site west of the access drive, 65 parking lot installation for picnic area and court activities, tennis court installation, basketball court installation and a walking trail around community lawn and athletic courts.

Construction plans for Phase II will include formal garden installation, amphitheatre installation, playground installation, picnic area and horse shoe court installation, rest area/shade hub installation and complete walking trail including trail north of the creek, creek crossings, and picnic sites.
