Citizens Guide to Local Government in Pennsylvania (PDF)

Notice:

The Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 7:00 pm at
the New Garden Township Building at 299 Starr road in New Garden Township to hear the application of Kennett Consolidated School District for conditional use approval to construct a publlic school facilty on a vacnt 20.45 acre parcel on the west side of the intersection of Bancroft road and Pemberton road in the R-1 zoning district of the township.

Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival

Thursday May 1, 2008

6:00 to 9:00 pm

Sponsored by Patagonia, Inc., Trail Creek Outfitters and the Stroud Water Research Center, this festival features a handpicked selection of award-winning documentaries by independent filmmakers. Guaranteed to both educate and inspire, selected films will cover the gamut of environmental issues, including several based on the Center’s focus of fresh water. All proceeds to benefit the Stroud Water Research Center.

The Historical Commission meets at 7:30 on the first Wednesday night of each month at the Township Building. All are welcome.
