New Garden's Historical Commission is looking for associate members.

New Garden History Night Presentation April 2007

New Garden History Night Tour 2007 Requirement: Install Google Earth before downloading a history tour (below). Google Earth is free and available at: http://earth.google.com/.
Be sure to check that your system can run Google Earth by going to:
Instructions: Download each tour separately. There are three tours to choose from. The larger file size takes longer to download. The tour automatically starts after it is downloaded and is ready when you see the Earth centered in the screen. For instructions on how to proceed with the tour click the yellow icon with the blue question mark. (Note: The instructions
refer to these three tours as 'Themes' I, II and III respectively.)
Tour I: The history tour containing only the history narrative and photos.

Note: To download the complete presentation download Tours II and III. Both can be loaded in Google Earth. If you want to save a tour when exiting Google Earth select 'yes' when asked to save the 'unsaved items'. Next time you load Google Earth the tour will be located under the "Place" section displayed on the left side of the screen.
